Purpose
- To unite the efforts of students, master's students, postgraduates, and young scientists to develop and promote scientific initiatives aimed at shaping Russia's technological sovereignty and the sustainable development of society, the state, and individuals in the face of major challenges.
Objectives
- To study the impact of grand challenges (technological, economic, sociocultural, legal, and managerial) on the formation of technological sovereignty and to determine the potential of youth scientific initiatives as a key resource for the development of society, the state, and the individual.
- To promote the integration of interdisciplinary research in the fields of economics, law, information technology, management, sociocultural environment, physical culture, and sports to develop comprehensive solutions that ensure national technological independence.
- To identify and disseminate innovative youth projects and educational practices aimed at the transition from student ideas to industrial, legal, managerial, and IT solutions in the context of grand challenges.
- To summarize the successful experience of research and project initiatives of students, master’s students, postgraduates, and young scientists contributing to the formation of technological sovereignty, sustainable development of territories, and improvement of the quality of life.
- To strengthen scientific and educational partnerships between universities, academic institutes, professional communities, government bodies, and the business sector for the joint implementation of youth projects in achieving technological independence.
- To create conditions for the professional growth of young researchers by involving them in plenary discussions, roundtables, debates, discussion platforms, and master classes, as well as through participation in a competition for the best scientific paper followed by publication in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).

Rules for preparing and submitting an articleTo participate in the conference, you must first register on the official website https://science.tisbi.ru/ru. After registration, the participant receives an email address to which the materials should be sent. All documents are combined into one DOC or DOCX file: it includes the text of the article, formatted according to the requirements, and a completed participant application form. This single file is sent to the email address received upon registration. The working language of the conference is Russian. The deadline for submitting materials is April 19, 2026.

Requirements for articlesThe author's original must be prepared electronically in Microsoft Word, A4 portrait format. The volume of the article is from 4 pages. Use Times New Roman font, size 14 points, line spacing – 1.5, paragraph indent – 1.25 cm. Page margins: top and bottom – 20 mm, left – 30 mm, right – 10 mm. Any formatting (bold, italics, underlining) and footnotes are prohibited in the text. References are given in square brackets within the text. The bibliography is provided at the end of the article and should contain 3-7 sources. The structure of the article is as follows: the title is printed in the center in capital letters, bold font; after one-and-a-half line spacing – the surname and initials of the author(s), academic degree and full name of the organization; then after one line spacing follow the abstract and keywords, which must be presented in Russian (abstract volume – at least 50 words); after two line spacing the main text begins; after the text, with an indent of one line spacing, the bibliography is placed. The article formatting template (including layout, form, and example) is available for download as a separate document.

Plagiarism checkThe organizing committee checks each submitted article against several databases. Theses and articles containing plagiarism or incorrect borrowings, as well as materials with text originality below 60 percent, cannot be accepted for publication. In addition, articles in which the share of artificial intelligence use exceeds 15 percent are rejected. Previously published works are not accepted. The scientific supervisor acts as a guarantor of the quality of the submitted materials.

Participation feeFor participants from other universities (full-time and distance forms), the registration fee is 50 rubles per page of the author's text. The minimum article length is 4 pages. The registration fee includes publication of the article in the electronic proceedings, a certificate of acceptance of the materials (in electronic pdf format), the electronic conference proceedings, and a participant certificate. For students, master's students, and postgraduates of TISBI University of Management, participation and publication are free. A printed copy of the proceedings is not included in the registration fee and is provided only upon separate request. The cost of one printed copy is 200 rubles.

Who can participate in the conference?
Students, master's students, postgraduates and young scientists, as well as their research supervisors and all interested colleagues are invited to participate in the conference (traditionally, young scientists include researchers up to 35–39 years old). Participation is possible both in person and remotely. For students, master's students, and postgraduates of TISBI University of Management, publication of the article is free, while participants from other universities are required to pay an organizational fee. Research supervisors act as guarantors of the quality of the submitted materials.
How to submit an application for participation?
Applications for participation can be submitted through the official conference website. Please follow the instructions on the website to fill out the registration form and submit your materials.
What are the requirements for reports and articles?
Reports and articles must correspond to the conference theme and be formatted according to the requirements specified in the conference information letter. Please review the templates and instructions on the conference website.
Which languages are allowed for presentations and publications?
The working language of the conference is Russian. This means that all oral presentations, roundtable discussions, debates, master classes, and plenary discussions are held in Russian. However, published articles may be presented not only in Russian but also in Tatar, English, German, or French. Thus, Russian is used for reports and live communication, while written scientific materials may be in any of the five listed languages. The organizing committee recommends that authors who choose a language other than Russian for their article be prepared, if necessary, to briefly present the main points of their research in Russian during oral discussions.
How will the conference materials be published?
The conference materials will be published in a collection that will be available in print and electronic form.
