Purpose
- The creation of an international interdisciplinary discussion platform aimed at discussing strategic priorities for the development of science and education in the context of contemporary global challenges, as well as developing practice-oriented recommendations for adapting education, management, economics, and legal regulation systems to the conditions of digital transformation and institutional instability.
Objectives
- To study the impact of global challenges on the transformation of education, science, and governance systems, as well as to identify the potential of interdisciplinary research as a key resource for ensuring sustainable development of society, the state, and the individual.
- To promote the integration of interdisciplinary scientific approaches in the fields of humanities, economics, law, strategic management, digital technologies, vocational education, physical culture and sports in order to develop comprehensive solutions adequate to the era of global challenges.
- To identify and disseminate innovative educational practices and research projects aimed at adapting personnel training systems, economic mechanisms, legal instruments, and management models to conditions of instability and digital transformation.
- To summarize successful research experiences and project initiatives of faculty, early career researchers, PhD candidates, master's students, undergraduate students, and practitioners that contribute to the formation of strategic priorities for science and education in the era of global challenges.
- To strengthen scientific and educational partnerships between universities, academic institutes, professional communities, government bodies, and the business sector at the international level for the joint implementation of interdisciplinary projects aimed at achieving strategic sustainable development goals.
- To create conditions for professional communication and participant growth through engagement in the plenary session and work of discussion panels across seven thematic areas.

Who can participate and general conditionsParticipants may include students, master's students, PhD candidates, early career researchers, lecturers, professors, research staff of higher education institutions and research institutes, industry experts and practitioners, representatives of government bodies and local self-government, representatives of public and non-profit organizations, as well as any interested individuals. Papers authored solely by students (without co-authors who are supervisors or faculty members) will not be accepted.

Submission procedure and deadlinesThose wishing to participate in the conference must submit the following documents as separate files to the discussion session coordinators by November 20, 2026:
1. A paper formatted according to the requirements (requirements are provided below). The author is responsible for the quality of the submitted materials.
2. Participant application form (a template is provided below). To participate in the conference, you must register at: https://science.tisbi.ru/ru.
3. A scanned copy / screenshot (for online payment) / photo of the registration fee payment receipt (to be provided after the originality check). The fee is charged to all participants except for students, master's students, and PhD candidates of TISBI University of Management.
The subject line of the email must state: For the conference 3-4.12.26 TISBI.
Upon receiving the materials, the Organizing Committee checks them for compliance with the requirements, conducts peer review, and within 5 business days sends a confirmation of acceptance or a request for revisions to the author's email address. It is possible to submit materials for preliminary review. After the review, the Organizing Committee will send an email to the author with the results and, if approved, detailed instructions for paying the registration fee. -
Participation and publication feesConference participants pay a registration fee (except for students, master's students, and PhD candidates of TISBI University of Management), which is 100 RUB per page of the author's text (minimum length is 5 pages). The fee includes: publication of the paper in the proceedings, confirmation of acceptance, electronic conference proceedings, and a participant certificate. The printed proceedings are available only upon request. Authors may order an additional copy of the printed proceedings at a cost of 500 RUB per copy upon request.

How do I submit an application and my materials?
To participate, you must first register on the website https://science.tisbi.ru/ru. Then, by November 20, 2026, submit the following documents as separate files to the discussion session coordinator: 1) a paper formatted according to the requirements; 2) a completed participant application form; 3) a scanned copy/screenshot/photo of the registration fee payment receipt (to be provided after the originality check). The subject line of the email must state: "For the conference 3-4.12.26 TISBI".
What are the formatting requirements for papers?
Papers must be prepared in Microsoft Word, A4 format, Times New Roman font size 14, line spacing 1.5, paragraph indent 1.25 cm. Margins: top/bottom — 20 mm, left — 30 mm, right — 10 mm. Minimum length — 5 pages. Structure: title (centered, uppercase, bold), followed by author(s) name(s), academic degree, affiliation, abstract (at least 50 words) and keywords in Russian, main text, references (3-7 sources in square brackets). Any formatting such as bold, italics, or underlining is prohibited within the text.
Are papers checked for plagiarism and AI usage?
Yes, the Organizing Committee checks each paper against multiple databases. Papers with text originality below 60% or with AI-generated content exceeding 15% will not be accepted for publication. Previously published works are also rejected.
What languages are accepted for papers?
The working language of the conference is Russian (for oral presentations and discussions). Papers may be submitted in Russian, Tatar, English, German, or French. However, the abstract and keywords must be presented in Russian (abstract — at least 50 words).
How much does participation and publication cost?
The registration fee is 100 RUB per page of the author's text (minimum length — 5 pages). The fee is charged to all participants except for students, master's students, and PhD candidates of TISBI University of Management (for whom participation and publication are free). The registration fee includes: publication of the paper in the proceedings, confirmation of acceptance, electronic conference proceedings, and a participant certificate.
Can I receive a printed copy of the proceedings?
The printed proceedings are not included in the registration fee and are available only upon request. The cost of one printed copy is 500 RUB. Authors may order an additional copy when submitting their materials.
What happens after I submit my materials?
The Organizing Committee checks and peer-reviews the materials. Within 5 business days, you will receive an email either confirming acceptance or requesting revisions. Upon successful review, you will receive detailed instructions for paying the registration fee (if you are not eligible for an exemption). It is possible to submit materials for preliminary review.
Will participants receive certificates?
Yes, each participant who registers and pays the registration fee (or qualifies for an exemption) receives a participant certificate in electronic format, along with a confirmation of acceptance (PDF) and the electronic conference proceedings.
